A tower Odeon, currently under construction in Monaco, will host on its floors a penthouse that could become the most expensive apartment in the world.

The apartment, built on several levels, is expected to reach a total of 3,300 m². The future purchasers of this place of dream can enjoy their own infinity pool, and even a slide... The apartment will be placed on the market in 2014. Its estimated price would be around EUR 300 million!

 

From September 2012, marketing started with a first block of 24 apartments located between the 20th and the 28th floor. Eight of them have already found takers for a price between 55,000 and 70,000 euros per square metre.
