Adjustable eye glasses  for life, without going through the ophthalmologist? Impossible, according to you. Yet Jan Int'veld, Dutch inventor, comes to develop universal glasses... or almost. Short-sighted people, whatever their degree of Visual impairment, can take advantage of this creation. At Glasses less than 5 euros

How does this device work? Two glasses with the inverse curve are bunk and slide in order to adjust to the sight of the wearer. Wheels are located on branches and provide to adjust personal requirement. No need to go to the doctor for a new order for each evolution of his views. A few small turns of wheel, and you will have a new pair of glasses suited to you.

By maximally reducing manufacturing costs, the company that produces them, Focus on Vision, wishes to allow access to an optical correction to disadvantaged populations.

This device may reduce significantly the number of patients suffering from blurred vision. According to W.H.O there would be between 250 million and 1 billion of cases in the world.

10 tips for flat belly

Limit certain foods

Good food, this is the condition to have a pretty flat belly. It is not necessarily to lose weight, but rather eat better. Some foods slow transit and promote bloating. Limit which ferments: cauliflower, broccoli, peas or legumes (lentils, split peas, Chick pitch...). Prefer fruits and vegetables rich in fibre which boost bowel activity, such as plums and prunes, beans or salad. Don't overuse food if they irritate your gut. Also avoid fatty products that slow down digestion, sweets, spices and the irritant (alcohol, coffee).

Stay active
Sedentary lifestyle, is the enemy of the transit! Try to walk at least half an hour per day. For example, get off a bus station earlier, avoid elevators, more systematically take the car, take advantage of weekends to long walks... You can also do a little swimming or bike, and if you like exercise, a few sets of exercise every day for a small quarter of an hour.  Physical activity also burns calories and stimulates the sympathetic nervous system which controls the organism to draw or in its fat reserve.

Plants that refine the belly
Herbal medicine can be a great help to keep a flat belly. The purple calm digestive disorders for example. As the fumitory, it drains the liver, gallbladder and regulates the nervous system, frequently involved in digestive problems. The ideal? Take them in the form of herbal tea three times a day after each meal (let infuse 5 minutes, 2 tablespoons each plant in half a litre of boiling water). This formula allows to detoxify the body, year-round without risk or adverse effects (attention: they are prohibited during pregnancy and breastfeeding...).

Try the massage...

Massaging the belly five minutes, morning and evening, in a clockwise direction, thus boosting it`s intestinal transit, and partly avoiding bloating. For more efficiency, you can perform this action with an essential oils (note that these are concentrated, irritants, which must always be diluted and products which are prohibited in the event of pregnancy or breastfeeding). Add 5 ml of Cedar EO + 5 ml of Lemon HE fat 100 ml of vegetable oil. Try on a few inches of skin. In the absence of reaction after 24 hours, you can apply your ointment  2 times per day for three weeks, roll around the navel.

Drink enough water

Drink at least 1 litre of water per day is essential to regain a flat belly! Why? Because this prevents drying of the stool, thus improving the transit and prevent constipation (often source of bloating).

Carbonated water or not? An Italian study of 21 people, the consumption of carbonated water would improve transit. However, most of these waters are salty, which increases the risk of retention of water, and therefore bloating!

What water to choose? Those rich in bicarbonates to aid digestion (St Yorre, Vichy Celestins, Arvie, Quézac, Contrex, Vittel, Hepar). And those rich in magnesium or sulfate to improve transit (Talians, Hepar, Contrex and Courmayeur).

Homeopathy special flat belly !

Some homeopathic remedies could help find a nice flat belly! How? In acting, not on weight loss, but on the transit  (they limit the bloating).

What needs to take account, according to Dr. Albert-Claude Quemoun, pharmacist, president of the homeopathic Institute scientific: Lycopodium 5CH (top of the swollen belly), Carbo Vegetabilis 5CH (bottom of the swollen belly) or China Rubra 5CH (if any belly is swollen).

Dosage: 2 tablets to let melt under the tongue three times per day, preferably  half hour before the meal or 1 hour after. Treatment should be stopped when the bloating disappeared.

Breathe through the belly

You may not know but breathing can help to find (and keep!) a nice flat belly How? Facilitate digestion thanks to massage of the diaphragm and abdominal muscles, and evacuating even stress (often responsible for bloating).

Special breathing flat belly: while standing, sitting or lying, put hands on the belly.  Inspires up to  the lower abdomen, and expires by mouth while pressing with the hands on the belly to empty all the air. Do this five times in the morning and five times in the evening, every day.

A flat belly with cosmetics?

More sunny days approach, more creams "slimming tummy" multiply on the shelves. Can you believe their benefits? According to Dr. Catherine Solano: "this is perhaps not a 100% scam, but their effect is more placebo than real." In fact, these creams can encourage the thinning of the belly because they contain most often caffeine to burn fat, the retinol (or vitamin A) to prevent their storage, or collagen to firm skin tissues. Nevertheless, to really see results, we must apply them every day for at least 2 months, follow an equiliberated food and exercise.

Beef up you smoothly

When you think "abdominal", we immediately say "suffering". However, simple exercises to tone smooth muscles of the abdominal strap. Among these, pedaling!

In practice: lying on your back, hands behind your head, legs stretched vertically, when inspires  legs down and when expires legs up (as if one pedaled with both feet at the same time - without taking off or rotate the basin). Caution: always return the abdomen at the time of expiration and not to put both feet on the ground, otherwise the exercise is ineffective. The best is to make at least several rounds of 20 rotations... every day.

Cosmetic surgery solutions

Repeated weight gain, pregnancy... Cosmetic surgery can intervene via liposuction or Abdominoplasty.

Principle: For liposuction, "we aspire grease entering a cannula under the skin. The skin retracts automatically by internal scarring", explains Dr. Thierry Ktorza, plastic surgeon. For the tummy tuck, "removing grease, it tightens the muscles and removing excess skin".

For whom? Liposuction is aimed at women who have 'just' excess fat. Abdominoplasty is recommended for women with a very damaged belly and that hangs.

How much does it cost? About 3,000 euros for liposuction (not refunded). Approximately 4 000 euros for Abdominoplasty (supported by the CPAM if the belly is very damaged).
